C., Marekani,  Liberatus Mwang'ombe "Libe" alianza kwa kusema, Montfort ni shule aliyo soma na anajisikia faraja akiyaona mazingira yale.  Aliendelea kwa kusema, maamuzi ya mwisho ya kila binadamu yapo chini ya himaya yake.  Alisema "huwezi kutegemea mtu baki au mwingine aongoze au arutubishe maisha yako, ni wewe binafsi unaweza kufanya tofauti kwenye maisha yako na kila binadamu ni kiongozi.  Pia alisema anaamini kuwa kila binadamu ana ndoto zake kwenye maisha; alisema; "ni muhimu kujiwekea malengo ya ndoto zenu. Malengo ambayo yanatimilika, malengo ya kiuhalisia na malengo yenye muda maalumu." Aliendelea na kusema, "ndoto bila malengo itaendelea kuwa ndoto na kutimilizwa kwake kutaendelea kuwa ni ndoto tu."  Mwisho Ndg. Libe aliwaomba wanafunzi hao wasimuangushe kwa kuweka malengo kwenye ndoto zao na kuhakikisha wanazitimiliza.

We have received ATC Metro Financial Records from PNC Bank.  Two years record; since 2012 to date.  Preliminarily analysis of the record shows discrepancies.  For example, checks have been written to individuals who we doubted at the first place, debit transactions, major withdrawals prior to election, etc.  The record is concealed at this moment and shall be revealed to public when right time comes

KATIBU WA CHADEMA DMV, USA, ATEMBELEA MAKAO MAKUU YA CHADEMA TANZANIA

Katibu wa CHADEMA DMV, USA, Liberatus Mwang'ombe amefanya ziara ya kutembelea makao makuu ya CHADEMA jijini Dar Es Salaam. Kwenye ziara yake aliweza kufanya mkutano na Dr. Wilbrod Slaa na mratibu wa mambo ya wabunge CHADEMA, John Mrema. Pia Ndg. Liberatus alipata fursa ya kujadili changamoto zinazo wakabili waTanzania kwa ujumla na mbinu za kukabiliana nazo. Zaidi walijadili namna ya kutatua changamoto hizo na kuhakikisha Tanzania inakuwa ya waTanzaia na sio watu wachache.

Libe for DMV President 2014 Supporters saddened by the term used "wahuni or hoodlums"

We, writing as members of the Tanzania DMV community in support for "Libe for president 2014" are deeply saddened and upset by the term used "wahunis or street hoodlums by some members of the community to describe our actions in support for the cause against corruption. This term used is offensive and derogatory and just adds fuel to the fire amidst this bitter debate.

Just to set the record straight we would like to inform members of the general public that among many supporters for this fight to eradicate corruption are lawyers, doctors, nurses and social workers with affluent educational backgrounds and job histories. The words used are insulting and target our good integrity and moral character.

Many of us although Tanzanian natives have now become U.S citizens and therefore regard the term used as a personal attack towards both of our cultures. I think many people can now see it is quite obvious what side of the fence the perpetrators are on and by their remarks they are for sure barking up the wrong tree. These remarks will be viewed by many as a contradiction to what we are all trying to accomplish; a peaceful and neutral environment where these disputes can be solved amicably.

We will continue to stand up for our rights by fighting against corruption and support "Libe for president 2014" until justice is served.

TEAM LIBE FOR DMV COMMUNITY PRESIDENT: FIGHT FOR JUSTICE

Team Libe for President for DMV representing some Tanzanians and United States Citizens residing in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia commonly known as the DMV are reaching out to the general public to raise our voices on issues of irregularities noted in the Tanzanian DMV elections which took place on 08/09/2014. 

We feel our right to vote under the 15th Amendment of the U.S constitution has been violated.  This issue can no longer be kept silent and contained in the Tanzania community and we must let the whole world know of the unethical practices by some members of our community. The issue of voting irregularities is rampant and it's time to expose it to the public especially those who cherish democracy. The Tanzanian DMV community held elections to select representatives for the Tanzanian Association on August 9th 2014. These elections turned out to be very chaotic and outcomes of the elections are still in dispute.

Among the many irregularities included are;

1).  It was established by both sides that the number of votes exceeded the registered people who voted. 

2). The ballot boxes were removed from the official voting site to an unknown location by an individual without the consent of the other members of the election committee. 

3).The chairman of the Election Committee was unable to pronounce the winner.

Based on these irregularities we are reaching out to those who cherish democracy to demand  the nullification of these elections. Watanzania wengi wapenda maendeleo nchini UK tumesikitishwa kutokana na taarifa mbali mbali za kuchakachuliwa kwa kura kufuatia uchaguzi wa Uongozi wa Jumuiya ya Watanzania DMV uliofanyika tarehe 9/08/2014.

Taarifa za unyang’anyi wa kura katika uchaguzi huo umetokana na malamiko yaliyotolewa na waliokuwa Wagombea katika nafasi mbalimbali pamoja na Jumuiya na Taasisi nyingine. Malalamiko hayo yanahoji utaratibu mzima uliotumika kuanzia kwenye kampeni hadi uhesabu wa kura na hata matokeo rasmi yalivyotangazwa.

Salma Moshi aliyekuwa mgombea nafasi ya Makamu Mwenyekiti alitoa tamko rasmi kupinga matokeo hayo kutokana na nafasi za kiupendeleo walizopewa baadhi ya Wagombea katika kujinadi. Nafasi hizo za kiupendeleo zilitumika wakati wa mikutano ya Jumuiya ambayo haikutakiwa kutumika kwa ajili ya kampeni kwa kuwa ingewapa nafasi zaidi Viongozi walioko madarakani lakini hicho ndicho kilichotokea. Kwa upande mwinigine aliyekuwa mgombea wa nafasi ya Mwenyekiti, ndugu Liberatus Mwango’ombe na timu yake nzima, imetoa malalamiko yanayoonesha ukiukwaji mkubwa wa zoezi zima la kuhesabiwa kwa kura pamoja na utaratibu uliotumika kutangaza matokeo. Kutokana na hali hii, sisi waTanzania wapenda maendeleo nchini UK, tumeshtushwa na taarifa hizi za kirushwa rushwa zilizotokea kwenye nchi inayojali na kuthamini demokrasia. Matagemeo ya waTanzania wengi waliobaki nyumbani Tanzania ni ya kiwango cha juu kwani huwaangalia WaTanzania wa Diaspora kwa mtazamo tofauti wakitegemea uadilifu zaidi na nidhamu nzuri kutokana na uelewa wao wa mambo mengi. Taarifa hii ni tofauti kabisa na mategemeo hayo. Ni aibu siyo tu kwa wana DMV bali kwa Wana-Diaspora wote.

Taarifa hizi ni za kusikitisha na tunaiomba Kamati ya uchaguzi pamoja na Mh. Balozi wa Tanzania nchini USA kutafuta na kuleta suluhu itakayorudisha imani kwa WaTanzania. Hii ni kwa nia ya kurudisha harmony na ushiriki wa kila mtu katika  juhudi zilizopo za kimaendeleo. Ili Jumuiya iweze kufanyaka kazi zake kwa ufanisi na kwa ushikiano wa kila mmoja, ni muhimu sana kwa wale wote wanaohusika kulitazama upya swala hili na kwa umakini zaidi.

Ni kwa masikitiko makubwa sana Team Libe inatoa tamko la kulaani kitendo cha Team Idd na Vijimambo Blog kufanyia propaganda picha ya msibani Cleveland ya Bwn Alawi Omar na Idd Sandaly kwa Kuweka heading ya kizushi " HUU NI MFANO WA KUIGWA" kwenye picha hiyo ya msiba ambao watanzania walikutana kwenye maziko ya kumpoteza mtanzania mwenzetu. Huu ulikuwa msiba binafsi (Private matters) ambao hauhusiki na maswala ya jumuia ya DMV na yaliojiri. Team Libe inaomba ifahamike kwamba wale wote walio jihusisha kwenye propaganda hii inaomba  watambue kuwa; msiba huwa hautaniwi wala haufanyiwi siasa.  Ni fedheha, dhihaka na dharau kwa ndugu wa marehemu kutumia msiba kwa ajili ya kujipatia maslahi binafsi(Kiki) pia kutaka  kuhalalisha uchaguzi usio halali.

Team Libe inaomba picha hiyo iachwe kutumika MARA MOJA  na WAHUSIKA WOTE WAOMBE RADHI MARA MOJA  kwa familia ya marehemu na jumiya kwa ujumla.

Tunaomba itambulike kuwa, msimamo wa “Team Libe for DMV Community President 2014” upo palepale; hatutambui uongozi mpya ulio tangazwa na tume ya uchaguzi August 11, 2014.  Msimamo wetu ni kuwa; tunapinga matokeo ya uchaguzi ulio fanyika August 9, 2014 kwani ulikuwa sio wa haki wala huru; ni uchaguzi BATILI.

TEAM LIBE RISING FUNDS TO PAY OUR LAWYER FOR TANZANIANS IN DMV JUSTICE DUE TO THE ELECTION FRAUD

On August 14, 2014 Tanzanians in DMV had a community election, which turned out to be unfair and unjust. The two presidential candidates, Liberatus Mwangombe and Idd Sandaly, happened to have total votes exceeding the voters.

FACTS ABOUT THE ELECTION ACCORDING TO ELECTION COMMITTEE

Registered voters 586

Absentee ballots 14

Registered voters who did not vote at all 150

Voters who came to the polling station were 430

Absentee ballots Liberatus 9 Idd Sandaly 5

Results from the polling station Mr. Sandaly had 231 Mr. Liberatus had 214.

The total number of voters who came out at the polling station was 430. When Idd and Liberatus’ votes were added they exceeded the number of voters who came out to vote (214+231= 445). There was discrepancy of 15 votes! This was the main reason Mr. Safari said the election is “FRAUD” and “VOID”.

Tunapenda kutoa taarifa kwa Umma wa DMV kuwa, Team Libe for DMV Community President 2014 hatutambui uongozi mpya ulio tangazwa na Tume ya Uchaguzi jana August 11, 2014.   Msimamo wetu ni kuwa; tunapinga matokeo ya uchaguzi ulio fanyika August 9, 2014 kwani ulikuwa sio wa haki na ni BATILI. 

“Team Libe for DMV Community President 2014” haitatoa ushirikiano wowote na uongozi wa Jumuia ya Association of Tanzania Community in DMV.  Pia tunawaasa wale wapenzi wetu kuto kutoa ushirikiano wowote na uongozi huu batili hadi pale madai yetu yatakapo sikilizwa na kutatuliwa.  Tunaomba wapenzi wetu ambao walijitokeza kupiga kura wawe wavumilivu na watulivu katika kipindi hiki kigumu cha kunyang’anywa haki yao ya kimsingi ya kumchagua kiongozei wanao mtaka.  

Mwisho, “Team Libe for DMV Community President 2014” inaitaka “Board of Directors” kutengua uongozi huu uliopatikana kwa njia ya dhulma.  Ieleweke kuwa, Team Libe for DMV Community President 2014” na wafuasi wake hatutatoa ushirikiano wowote na uongozi wote wa jumuia.
